Police DAV orgnised Science Model Making Competition
Patiala-Science model making competition was organised today in Police DAV Public school Patiala. In this competition the students of class VI to X participated with great enthusiasm.
The students showed their talent by making models on the topic – Rain Water Harvesting , Save electricity Save Water , Human Eye, Alternative source of energy etc. It was Divided into two group- Senior group and Junior group . The Junior group included the students of VI and VII classes in which Kiman and Reena of VI-A stood first , Aditiya and Karanveer Singh of VI-A stood second and Harleen Kaur and Taranjot Kaur of VI-A stood third.Consolation prize was won by Palak and Mansi of VI-A class and Amandeep Kaur and Bhavika of class VII-A class. The Senior group included the students of classes VIII to X in which Bipan Singh of class VIII- A stood First, Amrin of class X-A stood second and Yatin Bhatti and Sahibjeet Singh of class VIII-A stood third . Consolation prize was won by Nancy , Damanpreet and Meena of VIII- A1.
School Principal, Meena Thapar Congratulated the winner and motivated the other students also to participate in such competitions.
