ALVIDA 2017 farewell party by GZSCCET Civil Engineering Deptt.

The Civil Engineering Department of GZSCCET, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University, Bathinda organized the farewell party “ALVIDA 2017” for final year students of Civil Engineering. Professor Manjeet Bansal, Head of the Department, Civil Engineering Department of Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering & Technology, Bathinda was the chief guest of the occasion.

The evening started on a cheerful note by welcoming the final year students with flowers and being escorted by their juniors to their respective seats which was followed with a welcome dance.

Professor Mohan Paul Singh Ishar, vice chancellor, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University Bathinda, appreciated the efforts of Civil Engg. Department and send their best wishes for final year batch.

Professor Manjeet Bansal, Head of  Department of Civil Engineering of GZSCCET, Bathinda informed the audience about the achievements of the final year batch. He appreciated the students for their all round achievements in sports, cultural activities, academics and extracurricular events. He congratulate the final year students and wish them for their upcoming future.

All the students participated in the event with great enthusiasm. The group dance was performed by second year students. All the events were artistically and beautifully presented in colours as well as style. The audience was kept enthralled for three hours by mind blowing performances and spirit of bonhomie and friendship echoed during the event.

Mr. Farewell was Balkaran Singh and Miss Farewell was Jashanpreet Kaur and the organiser of the functions were Abhishek Walia, Amar Jyoti, Maninder Singh Sidhu, Rahul Bansal, Rohit Kumar.

Professor Sanjeev Aggarwal, Prof. Rakesh Kumar Singla, Er. Gurprit Singh Bath and all the Faculty and staff members of Civil Engineering Department  of GZSCCET, Bathinda were also present in the function. Later in evening students enjoyed the delicious dinner and  rocked the dance floor on the beats of DJ.
