Another setback for Punjab congress; now its treasurer resigned

Few minutes after the Punjab Pradesh congress committee President Navjot Singh Sidhu has given his resignation, its newly appointed treasurer Gulzar Inder Singh Chahal has also sent his resignation to party supremo Sonia Gandhi.
