BJP senior leader criticise the Centre’s treatment of the farmers’ agitation

BJP national executive member, Rajya Sabha MP, former Union Cabinet Minister, who is a Ph.D in Economics from Harvard; Professor Subramanian Swamy today hinted that the ongoing farmers agitation at the outskirts of Delhi border may soon become an international issue. He criticise the Centre’s treatment of the farmers’ agitation.

Few hours ago, Subramanian Swamy tweeted: “The Farmer Agitation may soon become an international issue. Human rights groups plan to approach the International Labour Organisation, UN Body, in which India is a member, which could take it up. As Chairman of Labour Standards I produced in 1996 a three volume Report for Govt.”

Subramanian Swamy had suggested prime minister Narendra Modi on the farm bills and send him a suggestion -” 3 rules to be made which can resolve the long running conflict between Govt & Farmers” on February 5,2021 and which was acknowledged by the PM on February 11,2021, but should implement it for interest of the nation.”
