Keeping all the rumors aside Surabhi Malik IAS In charge Tertiary Care Centre Govt Rajindra hospital clarified that “all the patients admitted in Govt Rajindra Hospital’s isolation ward are getting not only the nutritious food bust also the fresh food and that on time. All the patients are getting three meals a day, along with two times tea, in a day’.

She further informed that “earlier the authorities had taken the services of self help groups (SHGs). But with the increase of number of covid patients at Govt Rajindra Hospital isolation ward, the authorities changed the service provider and hired a catering of The Patiala Club, Baradari Garden, as professional services are needed in this time, which can supply the material on time, increase or decrease the quantity when needed.”

She further clarified that “food is made under the hygienic conditions. A dietitian has already deputed and has been asked to check the quality of the food, to be served to the covid patients at isolation ward of Govt Rajindra Hospital.”
