CBSE, ICSE schools of Patiala changes final exam pattern; through online mode

71 Central board of secondary examination (CBSE) schools and 2 ICSE schools affiliated with CBSE Sahodaya School Complexes has unanimously decided to hold the final exams of Nursery to class V, through online mode.
As per Amrit Aujla , Principal Budha Dal Public School and President Patiala Sahodaya School Complexes said,” due to the rising cases of Covid in Patiala, the Principal’s of schools, who attended today’s webinar as unanimously suggested to hold the final exams of Nursery to class V, through online mode.”
She further added that “we are sending the minutes of the meetings to the principals who didn’t attend the meeting and its upto them to take decision. Rest, we, those attended the meeting has given our consent to hold pre-primary to primary exams through online mode”
Ajula added that “its school’s individual decision to how to conduct, when to conduct these exams.”
A principal, who attended the meeting said “we have decided to conduct the online exams. We will send the link to the students and ask them to send the paper in pdf format back to us. On the final day of the exams, the parents will submit all the papers, by hand at our school premises. “
As per information, CBSE Sahodaya School Complexes, Patiala has 73 schools, as its members. These schools are in and around the city, Patiala district. Out of these 73, 71 schools are affiliated with CBSE and rest 2 (Kaintal School and Milestone school) are affiliated with ICSE. No government school is a member of this.
