CM condoles death of Patiala DPRO’s Father, Preneet attends cremation

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Sunday expressed grief over the demise of Manjit Singh Grewal (84), the father of District Public Relations Officer Patiala, Ishwinder Singh Grewal.
Several prominent leaders and dignitaries, including former Union Minister Preneet Kaur, attended the cremation at Vir Ji Cremation Ground.
Manjit Singh Grewal breathed his last on early this morning at Patiala after prolonged illness. He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister condoled the death as a huge loss for the family, to whom he expressed his heartfelt sympathies. He prayed to the Almighty to give strength to them bear this irreparable loss and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
The Chief Minister’s Media Advisor, Raveen Thukral, also mourned the passing away of Manjit Singh Grewal, and extended his condolences to the family.
