Covid 19 update; black day for Patiala; utmost cases reported till date

As per civil surgeon Patiala, today, 126 new cases were reported in Patiala district. Yesterday 25 cases were reported in Patiala district. Today 85 cured patients were discharged from covid care centres, hospitals in Patiala district and now total cured patients touched 1013 mark. Positive cases in Patiala go up to 1739 with todays new cases and active cases goes to 698
Covid 19 update; black day for Patiala; utmost cases reported till date. Out of these 126 cases, 50 reported from Patiala, 22 from Rajpura, 19 from nabha , 6 from Samana, 6 from Patran and 20 from different villages of the district. In Patiala maximum cases were detected in 50 contact tracing. Out of these 126 cases,50 cases were detected in contact tracing, 3 inter state travelers and 48 were reported from flu corner.
Four from Raghomajra of Patiala, Gate No. 23 and three each from Deep Nagar, Dhaliwal Colony, Gurdeep Colony, Green Park Colony, Bank Colony, Sant Nagar, Sukh Enclave, Ambe Apartment,2 each cases from Anand Nagar Extension, Ratan Nagar, Dogra Mohalla, Sirhindi Gate, Police Line Salaria Vihar, Urban Estate Phase Two, Bajwa Colony, Mathura Colony, Majithia Enclave, Moti Bagh, Joginder Nagar, Partap Nagar, Agarwal Mohalla, One by one from Gyan Colony, Badungar, Ase Majra, Vikas Nagar, Lake, Arjun Road, Gobindpura, DMW, Baba Jeewan Singh Nagar, Lehal, Preet Nagar, Maharaja Enclave and Century Encl.
Four from Ravi Book Depot near Rajpura, two from Dalima Vihar, Durga Colony, Ramdev Colony, Gaganchonk, KSM Road, Gurudwara Road, Mahindra Ganj, Bathoi, Kanika Garden, Adarsh Colony, Nilpur Saanjh Kendra, Near N. TC School, Gurbakhsh Colony, Dhamoli, Jai Nagar, Near Durga Temple One case reported. Five from Bathinda mohalla of Nabha, three from Kartarpura mohalla, two each from Patel Nagar and Pandusar mohalla, Dhakodian di Basti, Modi Mill, Ripudaman mohalla, Kungrian Street, Basantpura, Singh Colony, one each from Hira Mahal, Indirapuri of Samana. And two each from Machhi Hata Chowk, one each from Keshav Nagar, Lahore Mohalla, Gharama Patti, Ghar Mohalla, Guru Nanak Nagar,two cases each from Patran Ward No. 4 and Lakhwali Basti, one each from Ward Nos. 6 and 11 and 20 positive cases have been reported from different villages. These include seven health workers, three pregnant women and two police personnel.
Civil Surgeon Dr. Malhotra said that after a positive case was reported in a private hospital in Patiala, so far 12 personnel have been found positive in contact tracing.
