Covid-19 update; daily cases making new records ; reported highest cases in Punjab

As per the health department official’s 1035 positive cases, highest till date are reported in Punjab, after the release of yesterday’s media bulletin at 8:00 pm. Yesterday 1020 cases was reported .With these 1035 new cases the tally rose to 27936 cases, as per health bulletin released at 8:00 pm today.

Today 36 deaths are reported in Punjab- 1 each from Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur, ropar, 2 each from Amritsar, Patiala, Tarn Taran, 3 each from Mohali, Sangrur, Kapurthala, 5 from Jalandhar, 13 from Ludhiana and total deaths tally reaches at 706.
Today 627 patients were discharged in Punjab, and the cured patients tally reaches at 17839. Now 9391 cases are still active in Punjab.
