He added that various departments, concerned with the health of residents, have been associated with this mission and activities were regularly being done in the district. He said that to monitor and review these activities, this android mobile app has been launched which would help to ensure transparent and corruption free administration.
Gupta said that in this multi pronged campaign, the health, water supply and sanitation, local bodies, transport, Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB), agriculture and horticulture departments were playing crucial role.
ADC Ruhi Dugg also issued directions to concerned departments to ensure that awareness would also be created at the community level to ensure that health becomes a habit with the people instead of just being a campaign.
