Exams in technical education institutes and ITIs to held as per earlier schedule

The examinations in technical education institutes and ITIs of the state would be held as per earlier schedule released.
Earlier the Punjab Government has decided to close all technical educational institutes in the state till March 31 as precautionary measures to prevent spreading of Corona Virus but today this order has been partially amended.
Disclosing this here today official spokesperson of the Punjab Government said that the technical education department has revised the old order to clarify that the examinations in the universities/ engineering colleges/poly-technic colleges/ industrial training institutes would be held as per the earlier schedule.
The Technical Education Department Punjab has issued new amended orders to the IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University, Bathinda, all Government / private Engineering colleges of the State of Punjab, all government / private Poly-technic Colleges and all government and private ITIs that these institutes should issue directions to the staff attached with examination process to be present and also ensure that non teaching staff attached for conducting exams should also be present.
