IIT Ropar Seventh Convocation on December 3rd

The 7th Convocation of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) ย Ropar for the students who have successfully completed their Academic Programmes in 2018 will be held on December 3rd , 2018 in IIT Ropar campus. All under graduate eligible students of Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering will be awarded degrees at convocation.
All eligible students are to report at Main Campus of Ropar at 12:00 Noon on December 2, for issuance of Admit Card and security deposit of academic gowns. A rehearsal will be held at 3 PM at IIT Ropar main campus.
On December 3, Academic gowns will be issued at 8:30 AM. The convocation will start at 10:30 AM.
โAll eligible students, who would like to receive their degrees in person in the convocation, it is compulsory to attend the rehearsalโ said the spokesperson of IIT Ropar. He further informed that โif anyone is unable to attend the convocation, then a degree in absentia will be issued or to a person carrying the authorized letter in writing will be issuedโ.
