NATAK MELA brings theatre to Patiala!
Patiala-With start-ups on the rise, here we have another one. Bringing to you NATAK MELA 2018, the first of its kind theatre event in Patiala.
It is being organised by college students-turned-entreprenaurs who are a group of creative actors, writers, musicians, directors and artists. Their mere aim being bringing theatre as an art form to the Royale city of Patiala.
Natak mela basically compromises of 5 short plays, a colorful combination of every emotion, each having a different genre, like a musical,drama,romantic, comedy and more, and each having a different story to tell, brought alive on the 5 th of May ( I pm and 5 pm) at NZCC, (North Zone Cultural Centre), Bhasha Vibhag,Sherawala gate .These stories are mix of real life incidents spiced up with the much needed drama.
The Natak are-
Saree is about a love triangle- Love and money,
Tamasha is about a bond of Father with is Son and Magic,
Kinky- is a tale when too much spice is added with a pinch of confusion
SneezeCold and unlucky life
Ek Dewana Tha- a political satire .
