Punjab and Haryana High court notified 2020 holidays

Punjab and Haryana high court had notify the public, court holidays for 2020 calendar. As per the notification all Sundays, all 2^nd and 4^th Saturdays shall be closed along with 27 public holidays

The High Court shall remain closed for Summer Vacation from 1^st June to 26^th June, 2020 (both days inclusive) and for Winter break from 24^th December to 31^st December, 2020 (both days inclusive). The High Court shall also remain closed for Baisakhi break from 6^th April to 14^th April, 2020 (both days inclusive) and for Dussehra break from 19^th October to 23^rd October (both days inclusive).

Local Holidays shall be observed on 01^st January & 03rd January, 2020 on account of New year break, 09 March 2020 on account of Holi break, 7^th to 9^th April, 2020 on account of Baisakhi break. 19^th to 23^rd October, 2020 on account of Dusshera break, 13^th November 2020 on account of Diwali break, 20^th November 2020, on account of Chhat Puja, 24^th and 29^th to 31^st December 2020 on account of Winter break.

All Saturdays are non-court working days except 18-4-2020 and 3-10-2020 which shall be Court working days in lieu of local holidays to be observed on 20-11-2020 and 24-12-2020.
