Punjab Government declares gazetted holiday on April 13^th on the occasion Baisakhi

Punjab Government has declared a gazetted holiday on April 13th, 2020 (Monday) on the eve of the Baisakhi instead of April 14^th.

Divulging further, official spokesperson of the government said that as per notification issued by the Personnel Department, all the government offices, boards, corporations, and educational institutions within the jurisdiction of the state of Punjab will remain closed on April 13th, 2020.

The Spokesperson added that gazetted holiday on April 14^th, 2020 on the occasion of birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, will remain unchanged.
