Punjab govt declared holiday under Section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act-1881

The Punjab Government today declared the Mahavir Jayanti/Baisakhi/Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar falling on April 14th, 2022 (Thursday) as a holiday also under the interpretation of the Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act-1881 besides already declared gazetted holiday. A notification to this effect has been issued.
