Punjab govt issues fresh guidelines from November 1

Punjab govt has also extended the September 2020 guidelines, upto November 30,2020.
In addition to this the state government has permitted the cinemas, theaters/ multiplexes with upto 50% capacity of their seating capacity in areas outside Containment Zones as per SOP issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt of India and entertainment parks and similar places in the area outside containment zones as per SOP issued by the Ministry of Health and family welfare , Government of India, to operate wef 01-11-2020 to 30-11-2020
