Rajnath and Puri released book “Shining Sikh Youth of India”

To commemorate 400th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib 10th ninth Guru of Sikhs book Titled “Shining Sikh Youth of India “ was authored by Dr Prabhleen Singh Administrative officer of Punjabi University Patiala was jointly released by  Rajnath Singh Defence Minister of India and Hardeep Singh Puri Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister of India at DRDO Bhawan.

This book covers the hundred inspirational and motivational success stories of Sikh youth in India who have done exemplary work in their respective fields the book carries the inspiring life stories and messages for today’s youth from these icons inspiring upcoming generations towards the prosperous line.

Dr Prabhleen Singh has earlier written two books prominent six of India which was released by Vice President of India  M Venkaiah Naidu and was published by Punjab University Chandigarh and second book prominent six of USA was release date Parliament of USA jointly by 15 congressmen three senators and Lieutenant governor of California.

Both the books for hailed by the community around the world. While at the event the Defence Minister addressed the young achievers and lauded the Sikh community. During his address, Rajnath Singh mentioned that the Sikh community carried with itself a lot of glorious history but, ironically most of them were unaware of it.

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh while speaking at the book launch of ‘Shining Sikh Youth of India’ remembered Sikh’s contribution in India’s struggle for freedom. He asserted, “Indian culture had faced a lot of trouble in the past. If Indian culture has sustained today it’s because of the Sikh community.” While speaking more about the Sikh culture, Rajnath Singh mentioned that if some precautionary measures had been taken at the time of partition then Kartarpur Sahib would not have been in Pakistan. Instead, it would have been a part of India.

The defence minister added, “When we got freedom and faced the tragedy of partition, Sikhs suffered a lot!” He also applauded Dr. Damanjit Sandhu Professor psychology for conducting the show in very organised manner.

While talking to Dr Singh conveyed that it is a matter of great pride and honour to witness the exemplary work done by these youngsters and he considers it as Seva that Guru Sahib has blessed him. Those who were present on the occasion were Tarlochan Singh Ex- M. P, Dr. P. S Pasricha Former DGP, SANDEEP Singh Sports Minister, Haryana.
