SAD score 4/89 in declaring women candidates for upcoming assembly elections

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal today announced Jagir kaur as party candidate from assembly constituency of Bholath and Bikram Singh Majithia as party candidate from Majithia constituency.
As soon as the new SGPC president got elected, party spokesperson Daljit Singh Cheema announced Jagir kaur candidature from Bholath. With this announcement, SAD touches figure of 89 candidates.SAD also becomes the first party to declare its party candidates. Till now no other party-AAP, Congress, BJP etc has announced their candidates.
Jasdeep Kaur W/O Yadwinder Singh Yadu, a youth akali dal leader was declared as party candidate from assembly constituency of Khanna. Jasdeep Kaur is a municipal councilor of MC Khanna. The other SAD women candidate announced are Varinder kaur Loomba from Patran (in Patiala). She also remained party MLA from Patran, in their earlier stint and Sunita Chaudhry from the Balachaur seat in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
Earlier SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal announced Nusrat Ali Khan from Malerkotla, Rohit Vohra from Ferozpur, Gur Iqbal S Mahal from Quadian & Rajanbir Singh from Sri Hargobindpur Assembly constituency.
Under seat sharing pact with BSP, akali dal is contesting on 97 seats and BSP to field its candidates on 20 seats.
