VC Punjabi University appreciated Er. Charanjiv’s project

The Punjab State which is known as the torchbearer of the Green Revolution happens to be the one of the state that suffers from the adverse consequences of use of fertilizer and pesticides. T
o highlight this ongoing issue, Er. Charanjiv Singh Saroa, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Punjabi University Patiala created a short Punjabi movie “Neend- Mata Dharat Mahat” with Talwinder Sher Gill, Er. Amandeep Singh and Monty Singh.
The idea of movie is to give a clear message to people about the toxicity and harmful effects of pesticides. Prof Arvind Vice Chancellor, Punjabi University Patiala and Dr. Raman Maini, HOD, Department of Computer Science & Engineering watched the movie with other staff members.
Prof Arvind appreciated and motivated Er Charanjiv Singh and his team for this marvelous effort. Dr. Maini congratulated the entire team and promise to help the team to carry this good work at bigger level. Audience can watch this movie on Youtube.
