Women doctors of Patiala celebrated Teej with full fervour and vigour

The festival of HARIYALI TEEJ Was celebrated with full fervour and vigour by the members of women doctors wing (WDW) of Indian Medical Association IMA Patiala today at Hotel Iqbal inn.
The fun filled extravaganza was attended and contributed by approximately 120 lady doctors of district Patiala. The program was also attended by all past presidents of Indian medical Association Patiala as special guests.
The program began with mesmerising performances by young daughters of these lady doctors who were simply fantastic !
Then came the most lively Bhangra and giddha performances by the doctors who were all decked up in the vibrant colours of the festival complete with Mehandi, parandi Phulkaari!! Doctors let themselves loose after huge COVID stress and played games and sang traditional songs. The members of organising committee included President Dr Nidhi Bansal, secretary Dr kiranjot Uppal, Dr Chander Mohini,Dr Meenakshi Singla, Dr Neelima Sodhi, Dr Monica Varma,Dr Bindu Goyal, Dr Sumi Bhutani, Dr Geetanjali, Dr Poonam Malhotra,Dr Sherry Bansal were overwhelmed with the success and told media that It is the first time in the history of Indian medical Association Patiala that 120 woman doctors came together to contribute and arrange such a beautiful function .
They told media that they never expected such a huge participation and are looking forward to more bonding and unity amongst the members of Indian medical Association Patiala.
Women doctors of Patiala celebrated Teej with full fervour and vigour .The participant doctors were so excited that they said it was never before event complete with the traditional decorations ,the food ,the ambiance and group performances . They congratulated the leadership and the organising committee of Women Doctors Wing (WDW) and Patiala for organising such a memorable event
