Wrong parking of vehicle; Patiala’s Ranjit hotel owner ,3 others booked for thrashing youth

Patiala’s Ranjit hotel owner Ranjit Singh along with Jaspal Singh of Akasaki mobile shop at Tripari ,Simran Singh and an unknown driver of Innova vehicle number 0019 booked by civil lines police station on the complaint of one Harmanjit Singh son of Narinderpal Singh, resident of Passi road Patiala.
Harmanjit Singh in a complaint to the civil lines police station Patiala said that on October 10,2020, Ranjit hotel owner Ranjit Singh along with Jaspal Singh of Akasaki mobile shop at Tripari ,Simran Singh and an unknown driver of Innova vehicle number 0019, parked their vehicle in a wrong manner, trashed him at 9.50 pm . They even threatened him to eliminate me. ”
On his complaint civil lines police station has booked Ranjit hotel owner Ranjit Singh along with Jaspal Singh of Akasaki mobile shop at Tripari ,Simran Singh and an unknown driver of Innova vehicle number 0019 in a FIR number 290 dated October 13,2020 under section 323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) , 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint) , 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) , 149 (an offence is committed by any member of an unlawful assembly) IPC .
