70thย Annual Sports meet of Modern Senior Secondary School Patiala

Modern Senior Secondary School, Patiala, celebrated its Finals and Closing Ceremony of its 70thย Annual Sports Meetย on Saturday, November 03, 2018 on their school grounds. Students participated in the mega event of the year.
Darshan Singh Dhaliwal, Chief Guest for the event and alumni of the school was accompanied by other eminent personalities of the city like K.K. Sharma, Chairman, PRTC, Punjab, Maj. Gen. (AVSM) Gaganjeet Singh (retd.), Dr. Naveen Saronwala, ย Pardeep Sachdeva, Ranjeet Parkash Bhambri ,Harinder Singh Lamba, Rakesh Kad, R.P.Bector and many more added to the charm of the occasion.
The celebrations kicked off with arrival and welcome of the Chief Guest and the students saluted the chief guest. The day was a fun filled festival of energy and delight with almost 1000 students of the school participating in various events. The highlights of the closing ceremony was the 100m, 200m, 400m, 110m hurdles, long jump, shot put events. The spectators particularly enjoyed the cultural performances given by the students of Modern Senior Secondary School Patiala.
