Six new services started at Fard Kendras-DC Bathinda
Bathinda-ย Six new services will now be availble at the Sewa Kendras of district Bathinda. Giving this information, the Deputy Commissioner Bathinda Diprava Lakra stated thatย ย the applications received for these six new schemes will be delivered within the given time frame.
He said that applications for entering mutation (of inheritance, partition, redemption etc) will be delivered in 15 days for a fees of Rs 100. This service is only to enter the mutation, the sanctionwill be done following normal process.
The application for incorporation/stay orders issued by court/authority in the revenue record) will be delivered within 5 days at a fees of Rs 100. Similarly, the application for preparation of fard badar will be processed and delivered inย ย 15 days at a cost of Rs 50. The application for preparation of naksha urra for all co-shares will be delivered in 15 days at fees of Rs 200. Applications for issuances of warrant of possession in partition cases will be delivered in 10 days at the rate of Rs 200 and the applications for preparartionย ย of normal rates of regard to cases of Rent Tenancy Acts would be delivered in 10 days at the rate of Rs 200.
Deputy Commissioner directed the sewa kendras to ensure that separate registers are maintained for each service ans cash book is also maintained. To successfully implement these services at the fard kendras, tehsildars will be responsible and will ensure that applicants get services in time frame.
He also directed the Sewa Kendras to paste a list of documents required to be submitted with each and every service so that the applicants do not face any problem.
